    The client is a leading agro-food manufacturer based in Lebanon The client developed an ambitious growth strategy:

    Development of a new complex product line
    Geographic expansion in the Middle East and Africa

    SW Consulting conducted a preliminary diagnosis showing that the current organization cannot support the growth strategy: lack of delegation, unclear scopes of work, major decisions not data-driven, etc.


    SW Consulting adopted a collaborative approach with top and middle management to design and implement:

    - A new organizational structure with clear roles and scopes
    - A delegation of authority matrix to support key decisions
    - A new incentive system to align individual and company interests
    - Key processes and interactions to ensure a better workflow across the company
    - A reporting system to monitor performance and allow data-driven decision making

    SW Consulting put in place a PMO structure to launch and manage the following projects:

    - Implementation of new ERP and CRM
    - Overhaul of accounting systems
    - Development of a marketing and communication strategy
